Project Proposal for JACO Enterprises
It is my pleasure to put together a solution for your business. The scope is well within our means, which includes the technical and marketing expertise as well as the time-frame. Since our first meeting, I noticed that we agree in the values of attention to detail, making use of modern technologies for the purpose of creating more efficient systems and delivering quality products and services to our customers. With that being said, I would like to both verify and confirm the scope of this project. The project overview includes the re-design of two websites, jacolimo.com and tourskentuckybourbon.com, as well as the integration of the “trip sheet” submission form. The form will have the specific purpose of replacing the manually written document which is currently submitted via Slack and will provide convenience and efficiency by allowing drivers to accurately submit their daily jobs easily from any mobile device. This will further provide better records for JACO in that the forms will be received immediately from the drivers and improve legibility while also reducing errors.
The sites will include some of the following details:
- Install new Secured Socket Layer (SSL) Certificates for both websites as they are currently insecure. [See current website error]
- Content Management Systems on WP for easy management of pages and content.
- Access to host account if desired which includes cPanel access
- Implementation of one of the most versatile eCommerce platforms of the day, Woocommerce.
- Live functioning websites by January 1st.

Recommendation:
Based on the scope evaluation and the packages we offer, I have put together a proposal based on three separate options. The main distinctions include the amount of time allocated for the total scope of work, and whether a shopping cart would be preferred for the JACO website. After further conversations with Nick and Mark, I have understood that there could be some very specific packages available through the JACO Limo website. These limo packages could be offered and purchased directly from the website as flat-rate deals. The deals can include quinceñera deals, prom night deals, Christmas time at the Ark, and other possible tour locations within the state of Kentucky.
The first option, Best Case, is a bundled optimal solution, considering the total scope, the time left to launch, and the best price preferring to pay for the services up front.
The second option, One Project, is still a bundled solution where you can combine both websites for a discounted price but with a shopping cart only for the Kentucky Bourbon Tours website.
The third option, Individual Projects, is mainly an à la carte solution where you move forward with the least level of commitment and proceed with individual projects.
