As an individual that has spent his entire career consulting in the area of service quality (I am a six sigma master black belt, a master project manager, and a LEAN sensei) I was very pleased with the entire service delivery cycle of Bone-Dry. This company is a top-notch professional organization and behaves in that manner.
The sales process was not hurried, the review of the premises was thorough, the recommended solution to our problem was clearly stated, and all questions were precisely answered. Indeed, it is a rarity these days when a service organization will talk to you in a way that is not ambivalent. The contract offered was priced fairly and the guarantees clearly pointed out.
The pre-delivery process was also impressive. Mark Johnson, one of the delivery manages came over to the house and went over the contract with us and was more than happy to answer any residual questions we might have had. He was patient, courteous, and set our expectations quite well on what we were to experience with the installation service.
The installation service was, in a word, AMAZING! A crew of ten showed up at our house on time, all in uniform (clean, pressed blue T-shirts), all of them neatly groomed and very polite. The project manager Russell sat down with me and reviewed everything and wanted to make sure that he answered any concerns that I had (I did not have any). They took the time to understand the best way to navigate throughout my yard, treated the plants and vegetation around the house like it was their own children (I would even go to the point of saying they treated the bushes, flowers, and shrubs tenderly), and meticulously placed plastic at any point in the house where they thought to be susceptible to dust.
The work was constant with only a slight lunch break (I expected them to take one but was amazed as to how quickly they returned and eager to work). I could talk to any person working at any time and ask them questions. They all knew the answers and they were consistent. They left my yard (and our neighbor’s) in excellent condition.
At no point did they try to alter their pattern and attempt to sell me additional “a la cart” items, nor did they attempt to change any part of the contract. This is a very honorable, respectable, and down to earth decent company that offers only the highest degree of quality. Their price was very reasonable. I am very happy to recommend them to anybody!

To all potential customers of the Bone-Dry Waterproofing Company,
The Bone-Dry Waterproofing Company has completely waterproofed my crawl space area in the basement of my home. They have done a wonderful job.
I had two large cracks in my foundation that were leaking water into the crawl space, and the great workers at Bone Dry completely stopped all of the water from coming inside of the crawl space. Bone Dry has a unique system of waterproofing that I believe is far superior to the other methods employed in waterproofing.
The Bone-Dry workers are very neat and clean with their work. The crew that was led by Randy was all very courteous, and all of them worked over and above that which is normally expected.
I have particularly benefited from them extending all of my gutter downspouts further away from my house. Now the rain water does not puddle and run back toward my house.
I would highly recommend to everyone if you have a water leak around your home to employ the Bone-Dry Waterproofing Company. There are many companies that do waterproofing, but I believe that Bone Dry performs the correct way to permanently waterproof homes.
This is the second house that they have waterproofed for me, and I am completely satisfied with the work that they have done with both homes.
The owner of Bone-Dry is Jim Clark. I believe that Jim Clark is one of the most knowledgeable persons regarding basements and water leaks.

This is to verify that the work that was done on our basement was done in a timely, professional manner. The workers arrived on time and worked non-stop. I was kept up to date on their progress and shown the work as it was being done. Each step of the project was explained to me.
The workers were courteous and professional and tried their best to keep any mess to a minimum.
We are hopeful that this will take care of the problem and feel assured that they will stand by their commitment of satisfaction and would be happy to refer this company to anyone needing their services.

My basement had been leaking for a while when I gutted it in September. I had several companies to my house but no one would give me an estimate for waterproofing. They all wanted to come by after a big rain. The best warranty I could get wasn't good enough.
I found Bone-Dry at a Home Show I was working in November. I was skeptical. I was sure I'd get the same answer from them as I had from everyone else. I gave the representative my name and phone number anyway. I set up an appointment for an estimate. Since I work late, Randy came to my home at about 7:30 or 8:00 on a Friday night. He went over multiple types of waterproofing options, pricing, and warranty.
First of all, no other company had offered options before so I was happy to be able to choose the level of protection I wanted. Then, to find out that it has a lifetime, transferable warranty was unbelievable. I was so impressed that I scheduled the job right away.
Then there were the financial issues. At this point it was getting pretty late, and being Friday night, I was sure Randy would have me contact someone at the office to arrange financing. He didn't. He took my application and made a phone call. I had approval within two minutes.
A representative called to confirm that I had a crew coming to my house the day before my scheduled appointment.
At 8 am the next morning, Russell and a crew arrived at my home ready to work. Everyone was very polite. They finished the job in two days which was sooner than I had expected.
I would like a representative from Bone-Dry to send me some business cards. I am highly recommending this company to everyone I meet. Keep up the great work!

I would like to thank Bone-Dry for the professionally way they have helped me with my water problem. I want you to know that, Russell and his crew were professional in every way. They answered my questions, and helped me to understand why I was having the problem in the first place.
We had a cold rain, and they never stopped working! They are an amazing team and work well together. They are very had workers. And, they had smiles even in the rain.
I must tell you I was more than a little worried about my lawn and my flowers that are around the house. I knew they would have to dig out away from the house to lay down drains, and I just could not see how my flowers would make it. But WOW!! What a happy surprise when I saw the end results. They placed everything back just the way it was... no, better!
Everything was put back into place! And the Lawn, WOW again! I was sure there would be a mess, but no dirt was left on my grass! They carefully put down plastic, placed all the dirt they had dug, and placed it onto the plastic. They made sure none of it fell on the lawn. Then they replaced the dirt, and grass. My lawn looks great! Thanks Guys!
Inside the house they were so careful to tape down runners so nothing would get onto the floors. In the basement they had a big job to do, and I had LOTS of stuff down there. They moved the things that I could not, covered everything in plastic and began to work. Again, I cannot believe how fast and professionally they are! And they replaced everything back again.
I just had to thank you for sending such a wonderful team to help me. One more time, Russell and his team are amazing!
